I think each visit will build upon the last, but this time was super subtle movements. It is like kegels, but a bit more comprehensive.
As I was working with one therapist, another therapist was playing and entertaining mr. v, who was sat on the mat beside me. Yes, was sat. I learned this phrasing from my British love, Hazel.
He was very charming and happy and sweet the entire hour. It is very nice to be able to take him anywhere and to know that he will be the darling little snuggle pants that we have grown to love.

I imagine Vinny's physio is much more demanding than yours. I think all his sessions end with crying. :)
